This Lohas Park residence reinterprets modern living through a soft Mediterranean-inspired lens. A calming palette of whites, muted blues, and warm neutrals is layered with patterned tiles, gentle arches, and subtle brass accents, creating a space that feels relaxed yet thoughtfully composed.

The design balances visual character with everyday practicality — from the tiled kitchen backsplash and bespoke bathroom feature wall to the curated lighting and streamlined storage solutions. Natural light flows through the interiors, enhancing the textures and details while maintaining a tranquil, home-like atmosphere.

本案位於將軍澳日出康城領峰，以現代地中海柔和風格作為設計主軸，將藍白色調、幾何花磚及拱形元素融入簡潔俐落的現代空間之中，營造出輕鬆、明亮而富層次的居住氛圍。

空間以柔和中性色為基底，配合局部花磚牆身及溫潤金屬細節，為視覺注入節奏感，同時避免過度裝飾。廚房及浴室透過特色磚牆作為焦點，既實用亦具個性；臥室則回歸寧靜，著重舒適感與採光，塑造適合日常生活的放鬆場域。

整體設計在美感與機能之間取得平衡，讓家不只是風格展示，更是一個能長久居住、細味生活的空間。
